• Strengthening Adhesion Proceedings: Simplify and strengthen the so-called adhesion proceedings (claims for damages) within the criminal process, so that the court automatically and more efficiently decides on compensation for damages in favor of the victim, eliminating the need for a complex civil lawsuit.

• Prioritization of Enforcements: Introduce a mechanism that would prioritize enforcement titles directly resulting from criminal activity (fraud) with judicial executors, allowing for faster securing of funds.

I believe that such systemic measures would significantly improve the position of victims of crime and restore confidence in the rule of law.
